Privacy Policy

The short version: FullBudget has no server. You don't create an account, you never send us any financial data, and we couldn't store it if you did — there is nowhere to store it. The app does contact a few outside services for exchange rates, fonts and file-reading libraries; every one of them is listed below.

1. Who we are

2. What data we collect

None. That is an architectural fact rather than a promise: FullBudget has no user accounts, no database and no backend. There is no sign-up screen; we ask for no email, phone number, name or password. We use no analytics, tracking pixels, advertising identifiers or cookies.

3. Where your data lives

Your income, expenses, account balances, debts, credit card details, goals and notes are stored only on the device you use, in your browser's own local storage. This data is never transmitted to us and cannot be seen by us.

Two consequences you should know:

If you clear your browser data, uninstall the app or move to another device, your data is gone and we have no way to restore it.
For that reason the app lets you download a backup file at any time. That file is saved to your device and is never sent to us.

4. Outside services the app contacts

The app is not fully offline. It connects to the services below. Your financial data is never sent to them; however, as with any internet connection, they can see your IP address and browser information.

Without an internet connection the app keeps working; it falls back to the reference rates built into the app and says so on screen.

5. Device permissions

Microphone — only while you use "add expense by voice", and only at that moment. No audio is stored or sent to us; recognition is performed by your device's or browser's own speech service.
Camera / photos — only when you choose to scan a receipt. The image is processed on your device and never sent to us.
Notifications — only if you enable them, for upcoming payment reminders. Notifications are generated on your device; we send none from any server.

6. Deleting your data

Since we hold nothing, there is nothing for us to delete. To erase the data on your own device, clear the site data in your browser or uninstall the app. This cannot be undone.

7. Children's privacy

FullBudget is not directed at children under 13, and collects no personal data from anyone.

8. Legal basis (GDPR / KVKK)

Because FullBudget processes no personal data, we act as neither a controller nor a processor for your financial information. The outside services listed above are independent controllers under their own privacy policies and see only technical connection information such as your IP address.

If features such as user accounts or cloud backup are added in future, this policy will be updated beforehand and those features will be optional; using the app without an account will always remain possible.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top is updated. Any change that would require us to start collecting data will additionally be announced inside the app.
